The Oakland Raiders are going to be a very different looking team in 2012 than they have been in the past, at all levels. Of course, long time franchise head Al Davis passed away last year, and the team is being rebuilt from the top down in his absence. A new head coach, Dennis Allen, has been hired, and the organization is going to have a new way of getting things down. Coming off an 8-8 season in 2011, things weren't all bad though, so what can the team expect to see for the upcoming campaign?
