When the New Orleans Saints visit the Green Bay Packers on Thursday night, the NFL season for 2011 will be officially underway. Finally, all of the lockout business and the trials and turmoil of the offseason can be forgotten. In its place will be football, and the biggest game of the weekend is the first game of the whole season, as the defending champion Green Bay Packers welcome the New Orleans Saints into town.
