Upcoming 2011 Washington State football predictions for the new season aren't looking to bright. Most of the conference is buzzing, with the PAC-10 now being the PAC-12. It has meant the inclusion of two new teams, the separating of the conference into two divisions, and a brand new conference championship game. That's all great, but Washington State is the team at the bottom of it all, and 2011 college football predictions aren't too favorable for this squad.
